A desktop app for Windows that automates common tasks on the HorizonXI, Eden and Phoenix FFXI servers: farming, combat, claiming, crafting, fishing, gathering, party support, skill-ups and more, plus an on-screen radar and a bag manager.

XiHelper is built and tuned for HorizonXI, Eden and Phoenix, with more private servers coming as we harvest and verify them.

A Windows PC and the HorizonXI, Eden or Phoenix client. The inventory helper addon installs itself the first time XiHelper attaches, so there is nothing extra to set up.

Two ways. Pay once with cryptocurrency for a fixed block of prepaid time (no renewal), or subscribe with PayPal, which renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. Either way, when your paid time runs out the bots stop.

Cancel anytime from your PayPal account under Settings then Payments then Manage automatic payments, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; time you have already paid for stays active until it runs out.

One running copy per key at a time. You can move between your own machines, but a second copy on the same key will stay locked until the first one stops.

Using any third-party automation can violate a game's rules and may lead to account penalties, including a ban. XiHelper includes an Anti-Ban monitor to help you react and stop, but it cannot make automation risk-free. You use it at your own risk. See the Terms.

In limited cases, yes. See the Refund Policy for when a refund is and is not available.

Your key is shown at checkout and by email. To see it again or top up, use Manage License and sign in with a one-time email link (no passwords).

We collect only what is needed to deliver and enforce your license and process payment. See the Privacy Policy.

The app locks the bots and shows your status. Top up from Manage License and it unlocks again, usually within a couple of seconds.
