A desktop app for Windows that automates common tasks on the HorizonXI, Eden, Phoenix and CatseyeXI FFXI servers: farming, combat, claiming, crafting, fishing, gathering, party support, skill-ups and more, plus a Walker that walks you to any spot you click on a zone map, a Digger for chocobo digging, an on-screen radar and a bag manager. Its companion pages look things up as you play (a game wiki, your missions and quests, NM windows, a damage meter), it can send your chat to your phone through Telegram, and with paid time it adds Auction House prices and an AI assistant on your own key.

XiHelper is built and tuned for HorizonXI, Eden and Phoenix, and supports CatseyeXI in beta: if something does not work there, tell us with Report a bug, the bug button at the top right of the window. CatseyeXI's own custom content, anything it adds to or changes from the retail game, may not be handled by the bots. More private servers are coming as we harvest and verify them.

A Windows PC and the HorizonXI, Eden, Phoenix or CatseyeXI client, running under Ashita. XiHelper brings its own keyboard plugin, mythirdparty, and copies it into your Ashita plugins folder each time it attaches (and removes it when it closes). On HorizonXI it loads itself; on Phoenix you type /load mythirdparty in the game, and a banner in XiHelper reminds you. CatseyeXI runs an older Ashita, so XiHelper brings a build of the plugin made for it and picks it for you. If your game is installed under Program Files, run XiHelper as administrator so it can copy the plugin in.

Yes: 48 hours free, with every bot and page but the Market and the Assistant (they come with paid time, as do reply drafts and plain words on your phone), and no payment details. Enter your email on the free trial page, open the link we send and press Start; your hours begin then. It is one trial per person, per PC and per character: a trial on a PC or character already used with another account ends straight away. Buy time whenever you like and the same key keeps going.

A Telegram bot of your own, which is free: message @BotFather in Telegram, send /newbot and paste the token it gives you on the Anti-Ban page, then link your chat with the code XiHelper shows. Reply drafts and plain words in remote control also need paid time and a key for an AI service.

No. Both stay on your PC, encrypted for your Windows account. Your AI key goes only to the AI service you chose, and the bot token only to Telegram. Neither is put in your settings, a bug report or a session log, and what you ask the Assistant never reaches xihelper.com.

Two ways. Pay once with cryptocurrency for a fixed block of prepaid time (no renewal), or subscribe with PayPal, which renews automatically each cycle until you cancel. Either way, when your paid time runs out the bots stop.

Cancel anytime from your PayPal account under Settings then Payments then Manage automatic payments, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; time you have already paid for stays active until it runs out.

One running copy per key at a time. You can move between your own machines: starting XiHelper on another PC takes over the key, and the copy that was running before locks. Any of your characters can use it.

Using any third-party automation can violate a game's rules and may lead to account penalties, including a ban. XiHelper includes an Anti-Ban monitor to help you react and stop, but it cannot make automation risk-free. You use it at your own risk. See the Terms.

In limited cases, yes. See the Refund Policy for when a refund is and is not available.

Your key is shown at checkout and by email. To see it again or top up, use Manage License and sign in with a one-time email link (no passwords).

Sign in to Manage License and get your referral link. When a friend buys XiHelper for the first time with your code, you get 30 days of free access on your key or $10 to your PayPal (your choice), 30 days after their purchase. Your own other accounts do not count.

Yes. Join the XiHelper Discord to ask for help, see known issues and their status, share setups, vote on feature requests and read the release notes for every version. Never post your licence key, email or payment details there, and staff will never DM you first. Account and billing problems still go to [email protected].

The bots stop and the app shows your status; your character stays logged in. Top up from Manage License and it unlocks at its next check, within about five minutes, or straight away if you restart XiHelper.
