Refund Policy

XiHelper is a digital product sold as access time, one-time with crypto or as an auto-renewing PayPal subscription. This policy explains when a refund is and is not available.

PayPal subscriptions

You can cancel a PayPal subscription at any time to stop future charges; do this before the next billing date. Cancelling does not refund the current cycle, and time you have already paid for stays active until it runs out.

When you can get a refund

If you buy a key and cannot activate it, or the software does not run for you, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and let us try to help. If we cannot get it working for you, we will refund the unused portion of that purchase.

When a refund is not available

• Change of mind after the key has been used.
• Action taken against your game account, including a ban. Automation carries risk and this is not a fault in the software (see the Terms).
• A feature that a game update broke temporarily, where we are working on a fix.
• Breach of the Terms, fraud, or a payment reversal (chargeback).

Crypto refunds

Any refund is sent in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet that paid, less network fees. Because exchange rates move, the value in your local currency at refund time may differ from what you paid; that difference is not refundable.
