This policy explains what XiHelper ("we") collects, why, and your choices. Contact us at [email protected] with any question.

What we collect

• Your email address, to deliver your license and to sign you in to the portal by one-time link.
• Your license key and payment history (amount, plan, date, and the processor's reference).
• A per-install identifier and, when known, your in-game character name, used to enforce one running copy per key.
• The app version and a checksum of the app, sent with each check-in to detect tampered copies.
• Basic technical data from check-ins (such as time and network address) to prevent abuse.

What we do not collect

We do not receive or store your card or wallet credentials. Cryptocurrency payments are handled by our payment processor; we only see the result of a payment, not your payment secrets.

How we use it

To deliver and enforce your license, process payments, provide support, and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: our payment processor, our email provider, and our hosting and database providers. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account exists and as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account ends any active license.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
