By buying or using XiHelper you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use XiHelper on your own machines while your prepaid time is active. One running copy per key at a time.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or your key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to defeat the licensing.
- Use the software for anything other than your own play on HorizonXI, Eden, Phoenix or CatseyeXI.
Assumption of risk
Automation can violate a game's rules and may result in warnings, suspension or a permanent ban of your game account. You understand and accept this risk. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account, lost items, lost characters, or lost time.
No warranty
XiHelper is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Game updates can break features temporarily; we aim to fix them but do not guarantee that the software will work at all times or produce any particular result.
Payment and access
Access is time-based. Crypto payments buy a fixed block of prepaid time with no renewal. PayPal is an auto-renewing subscription that rebills each cycle until you cancel it in PayPal; cancelling stops future charges and any time already paid for stays active until it runs out. When your paid time runs out the software locks until you buy or renew. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
Free trial
New customers may take one free trial of 48 hours: one per person, and one per PC and per game character. A trial started on a PC or a character that has already been used with another account ends straight away, and we may end any trial that looks like a repeat. The trial gives the same software on the same terms as paid access, except the features marked as needing paid time (the Market and the Assistant, and the features that use them). No payment is taken, and it does not renew; buy time whenever you like to keep using the same key.
Referrals
Once you have bought a license you can share a referral code. When someone buys XiHelper for the first time with your code, you earn a reward 30 days after their purchase as long as it has not been refunded: either 30 days of free access on your key, or US$10 sent to the PayPal account you give us, as you choose in Manage License. Free time cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Cash is paid to the PayPal address on your account at the time the reward comes due; we are not responsible for a payment sent to an address you gave us that is wrong, and you are responsible for any tax on what you receive. You cannot refer yourself or your own other accounts. We may hold, review or void a reward that looks like self-referral or abuse, switch a code off, and change or end the program at any time; time already added stays and cash already earned is still paid.
Suspension and termination
We may disable a key or account for breach of these terms, abuse, fraud or a payment reversal (chargeback), with no refund of remaining time in those cases.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

XiHelper is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Square Enix, HorizonXI, Eden, Phoenix or CatseyeXI.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
